Evelyn M. Peterson

Evelyn was a member of the Nez Perce Tribe and attended Lapwai schools as a child. She worked at the Nez Perce Senior Care Center leading the arts and crafts activities and was a very skilled seamstress for all who needed work on apparel. She was the eldest member of the Spalding Church.

Evelyn is predeceased by her parents. She is survived by her sisters, Margaret, Gladys and Marianne; brothers Philip and Joseph; sons Anthony, Curtis, Michael, David and Steve; daughter Patricia; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
