Condolences

Lynette Lothspeich

Karen and family,

I was so sad to hear of Fred’s death. You have my deepest sympathy. I taught with Fred at Sacajawea Junior High for several years although I was not lucky enough to share lunch with him during that time. He always had a big smile on his face and just radiated such kindness.

He was one of the first individuals I met who planned an entirely new vocation after his retirement which brought me a new perspective. Thank you so much for sharing him with the church. I was always so happy to hear him from the pulpit or just to run into the two of you at mass. His big grin always warmed me!

He was a rare individual who made a big difference in people’s lives both in the diaconate and in public school education. He will be greatly missed. Prayers to all of you.
