Lawrence C. Bryant

Lawrence C. Bryant

8/24/1976 — 11/19/2022

Lawrence Christian Bryant, 46, born on Aug. 24, 1976 in Denver, Colo., was called home to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022. He lived in Lewiston and passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his wife and daughter, after a short battle with cancer.

Lawrence was married to the love of his life, Vanessa Bryant. They were married on April 27, 2007 and they celebrated 15 wonderful years of marriage this year. They were knitted together with God’s love and grace and cared for each other deeply. They have five children and four grandchildren.

Lawrence loved the outdoors and spent a lot of his time camping in the mountains of Colorado, New Mexico and Idaho. He loved his truck and designed it just the way he liked it, down to the special wheels and best music system. His love of music was just part of who he was. His laugh was big enough to electrify an entire room and his endless jokes and pranks made him who he was. He poured himself into his career with Sparklight for the last 15 years and cared for each and every one of his guys and people he met there. He really loved his career. Most of all, Lawrence loved Jesus, he insisted that we give thanks in all we have and at every meal, to Jesus. He celebrated every success he received and thanks was always given to God.

Lawrence is survived by his wife Vanessa Bryant and his children, Lindsay (Brenden) Silva, Derrick Pineda, Justin Bryant, Caleigh Bryant and Timothy Bryant, as well as four beautiful grandchildren and his father Roman Montano and honorary father, David Bryant. He was pre-deceased by his mother Katherine Montano in 2021.

Lawrence was a very private man and has requested cremation with no formal services. In lieu of flowers, donations or meals can be given through the following link, mealtrain.com/trains/r46dw7 but most of all, prayers are always appreciated for the two young children he leaves behind. He was taken from us far too soon however; heaven just gained the greatest warrior. He will be missed by many.

Matthew 5:4

Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.

Though I only knew Lawrence a short time, I am blessed to know him as a brother in Christ.

I pray for peace to all those who loved him.
