After high school, Regina attended nursing school at Lewis-Clark State College, and after graduating, began work at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

In Bonners Ferry, she was the supervisor of Boundary County Convalescence Center through 1965. She and her family came back to Clarkston where she was a homemaker and avid volunteer with Holy Family School and Campfire.

She married Boyd Eberhardt Jr. in 1974. She retired from Head Start in 1983 to homemake and help with her grandchildren.
