Rickie “Joe” Findley, 64, of Clarkston, passed Friday, Oct. 7, 2022, at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene.
Joe was born March 19, 1958, in Redding, Calif., but spent most of his life in Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington. He had a knack at fixing anything mechanical, and spent many hours in the great outdoors fishing and hunting.
Joe is survived by the love of his life of 46 years, Cindy; two daughters, Rickie (Justin) Parks and Lori (Duane) Benton; nine grandchildren, Ashley (Jeremy), Hope, Briana, Hannah, Thomas, Eric (Kayleigh), Tanner, Nathan and Laney; three great-grandchildren (and one on the way), Taite, Tobias and Brodi; two sisters, Jeanie (Chuck) Warnock and Brenda (Tim) Hill.
Joe was predeceased by his parents, Lavada Hunt and Maurice Findley; brothers, Bill and Bobbie Findley; sister Kimberly Warnock; and grandson Zachary.
Joe did not wish to have a memorial service. The family would like to express their gratitude to the three medical facilities that took care of Joe in his last days: Tri-State Memorial Hospital, St. Joseph Regional Medical Center and Kootenai Health.
