Robert Stanley Prindle, 54, of Lewiston passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025. Friends and family also referred to him as “Bob” or “Sport.”
Bob was born on Jan. 26, 1971, to Lawrence H. Prindle and Kathy McCann, in Rochester, N.Y. Larry, was in the U.S. Navy and moved the family to Norfolk, Va., where he and Kathy later divorced. Soon following, Kathy and Bob moved to Idaho.
Bob worked several jobs in the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley; his favorite was working on the McCann ranch as he loved animals.
Bob never met a stranger and had a heart of gold. His motto in life was, “be kind.” Although he did not have children of his own he was an awesome father and grandfather. Bob was a lover of music and loved to play the drums, guitar and sing.
Bob was such a kind soul and his passing is sad. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends (he had many).
He is survived by his mother Kathy McCann and stepfather Pat McCann and brothers Ryan Jordan and Jesse McCann and cousin Kaleina Prindle Bourgeois.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
