Ryan Sterling Clements passed away Sunday, July 26, 2015, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston. He was 32 years old.
Ryan was born Jan. 27, 1983, to Dale and Debbie (Skaar) Clements in Idaho Falls. He was the eldest of three boys born to the couple. He attended elementary and high school in Idaho Falls, graduating from Bonneville High School. He attended Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston and graduated with a bachelor of science in nursing in 2006. While attending LCSC, he met the love of his life, Brenda Burgess. The two were married on July 14, 2007. The couple recently celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary. The couple have two sons.
Ryan moved to Twin Falls to work at St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center for five years. He also was employed as a traveling nurse. The couple moved back to Lewiston in 2013, where Ryan was employed at St. Joe's in the emergency room and cardiac catheterization lab.
Ryan loved the outdoors, fishing with his boys, hunting with his friends, camping and riding horses. He also enjoyed riding his bicycle and ran his first half-marathon in 2014. Ryan loved spending time with his friends and family, and every moment he was not at work he spent with his family.
Ryan is survived by his wife, Brenda; sons Lucas and Ethan; parents Dale and Debbie; and brothers Trevor and Steven.
A funeral is planned for 2 p.m. Thursday at CrossPoint Alliance Church, 1330 Powers Ave., Lewiston.
