Clark was the son of John "J.B." and Jean Law, and younger brother to Deanna. He grew up in the Mission Creek/Culdesac area and graduated in Culdesac in 1976. After graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. Clark loved talking about the many ports of call he got to see.
After leaving the Navy he eventually settled in Lewiston, where he met Vickie. In 1996, the two were married. Together they enjoyed spontaneous road trips and antiquing.
Clark was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Law, and father-in-law Karl Enger.
He is survived by his wife, Vickie; son Clayton Law; father John Law; sister Deanna (Phil) Hasenoehrl; and mother-in-law Wanda Enger.
Per Clark's request, there will be no service. He only asked to be remembered with smiles and music.
