James “Jim” Allen Cole passed away on Christmas day, December 25, 2022, at his home in Lewiston surrounded by his family at the age of 90.

Jim was born on August 9, 1932 in Eaton, Ohio to Delbert and Nola Cole (Warner).

 He grew up in Eaton Ohio where he graduated from Highschool in 1950.

After graduating Jim joined the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1954. Jim lived in San Francisco until he moved to Lewiston in 1956 where he lived by Mann Lake.

As soon as Jim moved to Lewiston he bought his first Dump Truck and had a long and prosperous career providing his services to the community until he retired.

 Jim was married to Sharon Joan Sundburg in July 1972 until her passing in 1984.

From this marriage Jim gained his step-sons of which he always loved as his own.

 When he was younger Jim dated Patricia Reynolds and though they had went separate ways, in 2001 they reconnected and stayed together ever since.

 Jim was a member of the local Grange and the Teamsters Union. He was proud to be a Marine and also loved to fish, hunt and just enjoy the outdoors. The thing Jim loved most was to sit in his favorite recliner surrounded by his family watching football or racing.

 He was preceded in death by his first wife Sharon J. Cole, parents Delbert and Nola Cole, Son Timothy A. Walker, and Brother Dale Cole.

 Jim is survived by the love of his life Patricia Reynolds, Son Terry (Kim) Walker of Wenatchee, WA, Son Todd Walker Beaverton, OR, Son Troy (Pam) Walker Ferdinand, ID, Grandson Lee (Heather) Walker, Grandson Josh (Alicia) Walker, Granddaughter Rachel Falzon (Kevin Thomas), Grandson Derrick Falzon (Melody Brayton), Grandson Tristen Walker (Kaylee Cates), Great-Grandson Carson Walker, Great-Granddaughter Aubrey Walker, Great-Granddaughter Layton Marie Walker, Great-Granddaughter Elaina Falzon.

A Viewing will be held from 5:30pm-7:30pm Friday December 30, 2022 at Vassar-Rawls Funeral home continuing the next day from 11:00am-1:00pm with a Memorial Service the following at the funeral home starting at 1:00 pm.
