Keith worked in the meat department at Rosauers for 19 years, first as a butcher, before then being promoted to the meat department manager of the Moscow store. In 1970, he and his brother Jay purchased Trammel beer and wine distributorship, renaming it Bieren Distributors. They owned and operated the business for 25 years before selling the company and retiring in 1995.
Keith was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Moscow. After moving to Lewiston, he was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes and All Saints Catholic Church.
Keith and Marlene enjoyed traveling. They traveled throughout the U.S., Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, the Caribbean Islands, Hawaiian Islands and various cruises. Keith was a golf enthusiast. He was a regular at Quail Ridge and Bryden Canyon courses, and he shot his age on numerous occasions. He also traveled to watch the Masters and other pro tournaments. Keith loved the outdoors and spent many hours gardening.
Keith is survived by his wife of 64 years; daughters Lynn (and husband Bob Dickson) of Lafayette, Ore., Krista (and husband Tom Schmidt) of Bow, Wash., and June (and husband Juan Butler) of Canton, Ga.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
