Patricia Forsmann

Patricia Ann, 78, of Lewiston, passed away Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026, in Lewiston. She was born Jan. 7, 1948, in Cottonwood to Leonard A. and Helen A. (Beckman) Stolz, and raised on the family farm in Greencreek.

Patti married Bob Forsmann on April 20, 1974. They made their home in Cottonwood. Together they raised five children: JoReen (Cameron) Brinkman, of Pullman, Scott Forsmann, of Lewiston, Bryan Forsmann, of Idaho Falls, stepson Greg (Lois) Forsmann, of Lewiston, and stepson Doug (Janet) Forsmann, of Everett, Wash. She is loved by 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Besides working and keeping the home in Cottonwood, she was the dispatcher for the boys with all their farm and labor jobs. Patti worked in the printing business; in Cottonwood at the Cottonwood Chronicle, and for Western Printing in Lewiston until she retired.

Patti and Bob moved to Lewiston in 1989. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church in Lewiston. She loved fishing, camping, trail riding in their RZR, quilting and sewing. She made quilts for every family member over the years. She was preceded in death by her parents and son Scott J. Forsmann.

A rosary will be recited at 10:20 a.m., Monday, Sept. 14, with a Mass celebrated at 11 a.m., at All Saints Catholic Church, 3330 14th St., Lewiston.

In lieu of flowers, please request a Mass to be said in her memory at your local Catholic Church or at Mount Angel Abbey in Oregon. If you choose to send flowers, request of no lilies due to allergies.
